Required Qualities:

Experience with maintaining integrity of systems-of-systems by defining requirements architecture and interfaces. Able to develop test and evaluation strategies for major systems' installations. Familiar with a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware and software components. Experience with assessing, developing, and planning for adequate and appropriate hardware and communications for facilities. Familiar with performing network modeling, analysis, and planning including preparing engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
