IT Program Manager

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Oversees the development of IT proposals, IT project management plans, and other technical systems documents related to the programs and projects. Assists the client's project sponsors and IT executives in documenting the IT business case and justification for budget approval. Is responsible for delivering technical project management services throughout the project life cycle. Provides the client with the point of contact and takes full responsibility to ensure that financial, time, scope, and quality of IT project deliverables and milestones expectations are met.

Required Qualities:

Experience with program management skills for large-scale projects encompassing lifecycle budgeting, defining system scope and objectives as required by technical requirements and compiling and analyzing technical data.
